In this class we will focus on our hips and functional movement patterns that are visible every day, and on ways to keep their associated muscles strong, toned and powerful to enable a zestful life.
Guided by a certified instructor from Pilates Anytime, this class will offer a fun and fulfilling approach to Pilates while providing modifications and support for independently mobile participants who have a basic physical activity level. Suggested props: small towel and a straight-backed chair.
