Welcome to the third class of instructor Amy Havens' Spine Health series, from Pilates Anytime, an online streaming platform.
In this 32-minute vertical mat class, Amy focuses on your upper body, specifically your shoulder strength and spine mobility. She teaches with clear and concise cues to fire up your back and abdominal muscles to support you during dynamic exercises.
