Welcome to the fourth class of instructor Amy Havens' Spine Health series, from Pilates Anytime, an online streaming platform.
In this 33-minute Pilates class, Amy will demonstrate how — using a wall — you will work your hips, abdominals and back muscles. She teaches you to focus on maintaining alignment, staying in control of your movements and creating length throughout your whole body to potentially increase your steadiness, strength and balance.
