Welcome to the first class of instructor Erin Wilson’s Begin Pilates series, from Pilates Anytime, an online streaming platform.
Using your breath and the feedback of your hands, you will begin this mat class by bringing awareness into the center of your body. You’ll also learn step-by-step cueing, as well as relatable visual cues. By the end of class, you will have a better understanding of Pilates and what your own body needs. And have had a good laugh!
Suggested prop: thick towel or blanket.
