Looking for a fun way to stay active, boost your mood, and connect with others, right from home? AARP Texas, in partnership with FitMix Communities, invites you to join our weekly free virtual Zumba classes. These classes blend Latin and international rhythms with simple dance steps designed to help you stay energized, flexible, and feeling great.

Before you dive in, please review this brief health reminder, please consult your physician before starting a new exercise routine.

Zumba is an upbeat, low‑pressure workout perfect for adults of all fitness levels. Whether you’re a beginner or a longtime dancer, these classes are designed to help you:

  • Improve balance, mobility, and heart health
  • Boost energy and reduce stress
  • Enjoy movement in a supportive environment
  • Build community while having fun

Each class is one hour and virtual through Zoom every Thursdays from 10 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. CT.
