Move Better, Feel Stronger with Mobility Mondays

Staying active doesn’t require a gym membership. Mobility Mondays is a free, virtual fitness class offered every Monday for the rest of the year, focused on improving balance, flexibility, and strength for everyday life.

Designed with adults 50+, caregivers, and anyone looking to move with more ease in mind, each class supports the movements we use most like walking, climbing stairs, lifting groceries, and getting up from a chair.  Participants can join seated or standing, making it accessible for all fitness levels.
