Pilates Anytime: Hips, Core and Legs Exercises

In Class 4 of Functional Health, we'll focus on agility, vitality and movement

Welcome to the fourth class of instructor Joy Puleo’s Functional Health series, from Pilates Anytime, an online streaming platform.

In this 27-minute class, you will use mat-based exercises and a chair to help you create power and strength to support your activities and lifestyle.  This class offers modifications for all fitness levels and beginners are welcome.

About the instructor

Joy Puleo

Joy Puleo is a nationally certified Pilates teacher with Pilates Anytime. She’s based in Sacramento, California, and is the education program manager for Balanced Body, which provides Pilates training and sells Pilates reformer machines. She earned her master’s degree in applied physiology from Columbia University. As a lecturer, she presents at conferences and studios across the country and abroad. Joy has been teaching Pilates teachers since 2002 and in the health and wellness industry since 1996.
