It is said that Joseph Pilates, the founder of the exercise method, believed that a person is only as old as their spine. The spine has wisdom and strength that can translate to all parts of the body. In this 30-minute Pilates mat class, you will learn how to help keep your spine strong, supple and wise. This class offers modifications for all fitness levels and beginners are welcome.
