NRTA: AARP’s Educator Community has established important relationships with key organizations that help protect the interests of retired education professionals.

First and foremost is our affiliation with a network of state Retired Educators Associations (REAs) that represent and support retired educators across the country. The state REAs are independently incorporated nonprofit and nonpartisan associations that advocate for the well-being of retired educators at the state level.
