Groove to This Latin Dance Fitness Class

Intermediate-level routine is paired with 20 minutes of heart-pumping music

This intermediate-level, 20-minute Latin-dance-infused exercise class will have your heart pumping in no time. Coach Kirstin Schell starts with a fast-paced, light-on-your-feet dance march, then incorporates other exercises to get your entire body to move to the beat. If you get winded, take a few minutes for a break, then get back to it. The class ends with gentle stretching.
