Lloyd Wright House, Los Feliz (1928)

Keaton acquired the famous Lloyd Wright (son of Frank)–designed Samuel-Novarro house in 1991 and sold it in 1996, after remodeling the four-bedroom, four-bathroom home.

One of Keaton's biggest returns came on this beachfront villa, which she purchased in 2004 for $7.5 million and sold in 2005 for $14.5 million.

Ralph Flewelling House, Beverly Hills (1920s)

After purchasing it in 2007, Keaton worked with designers to restore this Ralph Flewelling house, built in the Spanish Colonial style. Keaton eventually sold the seven-bedroom, nine-bathroom house in 2010.

Keaton purchased another Lloyd Wright design — this one named for a fellow Oscar winner, composer Alfred Newman — in 2007 and sold it three years later for $10.75 million.
