20-Minute Dance Fitness Class Is All About Fun
This gentle but groovy routine is easy any time you need a pick-me-up
Dancing is one of the best — and most fun — ways to exercise. In this 20-minute class with coach Helen Neves, you’ll start with a nicely paced march to get your breathing connected to your movements. Then gently roll back your shoulders, get into a good rhythm and start adding taps. Soon you’ll be doing leg curls, squats, bunny hops and lunges and incorporating more complicated movements into the routine. Remember to have fun!
