Welcome to the first class of instructor Joy Puleo’s Functional Health series, from Pilates Anytime, an online streaming platform.

In this 30-minute class, learn how to optimize your health by understanding how to replenish your energy. The instructor will offer gentle movements in this mat workout that will challenge you without depleting your energy. She focuses on creating physical changes that will support you at any age and fitness level so you can feel good throughout your body.

Pilates Anytime

Joy Puleo is a nationally certified Pilates teacher with Pilates Anytime. She’s based in Sacramento, California, and is the education program manager for Balanced Body, which provides Pilates training and sells Pilates reformer machines. She earned her master’s degree in applied physiology from Columbia University. As a lecturer, she presents at conferences and studios across the country and abroad. Joy has been teaching Pilates teachers since 2002 and in the health and wellness industry since 1996.
