Living Well at 50-Plus is a four‑part educational series designed for older adults seeking practical, uplifting and empowering information about healthy aging, brain wellness and financial protection.

Presented in collaboration with AARP Virginia and the Alzheimer's Association, National Capital Area Chapter, each session offers practical skills, insightful tips and community connection.
