Join AARP Pennsylvania at The Move Studio at St. Luke’s SportsPlex in the Lehigh Valley, where ou can try a low-impact class designed to improve strength, flexibility, and mobility in a comfortable, supportive setting.

This introductory session is ideal if you’re looking for gentle movement, a social environment, and an easy way to explore new fitness options.

What to Expect

  • 45-minute low-impact introductory class
  • Gentle flexibility and mobility exercises
  • Light-weight strength activities
  • Chair yoga and mat-based movement
  • Overview of other Move Studio classes, including rhythmic cycling, Reformer, and MAT+

Please wear comfortable clothing and tennis or sports shoes.
