AARP Missouri Welcomes Richard Losciale of St. Louis as State President

Kansas City, MO – AARP Missouri welcomes Richard Losciale of St. Louis as its new State President, the top volunteer leadership position for the organization in the state. In this role, Losciale will work closely with the State Director, Executive Council and volunteers statewide to advocate on issues important to Missourians age 50 and older.

Richard brings more than 40 years of business leadership and entrepreneurial experience across education, consumer products, technology, music, and senior services. He is a Phi Beta Kappa scholar, past president of the Rotary Club of St. Louis, and a Paul Harris Fellow. He is also a prolific songwriter, poet, and performing bassist who has played with artists such as Otis Redding, Chuck Berry, and Tommy James.

“AARP Missouri is fortunate to welcome Richard to this important leadership role,” said Craig Eichelman, AARP Missouri State Director. “His expertise, creativity, and lifelong dedication to serving older adults will strengthen AARP’s impact across the state. Richard brings passion and vision to our mission, and we are excited for the work ahead.”

In 2017, Losciale founded NeoSeniors Services LLC following a near-death cardiac event that reshaped his commitment to improving the well-being of older adults and their support circles. He earned the Certified Senior Advisor (CSA) credential in 2018 and remains an active member of the CSA St. Louis Leadership Group.

“I’m honored to serve as AARP Missouri’s State President,” Losciale said. “AARP’s mission aligns with my personal commitment to empowering older adults. I look forward to working with volunteers and leaders across Missouri to help ensure that every older Missourian can thrive.

Richard is a dedicated father and grandfather, a gym enthusiast, bird watcher, and lifelong educator with frequent speaking engagements at community and professional events statewide.
