Brain Health: Webinars Focus on 'Pillar of the Month'

Fitness coach Carl Powell, owner of Body and Brain Health in Wailuku, is offering monthly hour-long brain health webinars, each focused on a “pillar of the month” such as exercise, stress reduction, sleep or diet.

The sessions, sponsored by AARP Hawai‘i, are being held the second Tuesday of every month, beginning in January. They will include a roughly 15-minute overview and about 45 minutes of exercise and mind-body activities. Sign up at aarp.org/local. Recordings of the sessions will also be available.
