Fitness Friday has returned to the virtual airwaves, offering a free weekly total body strength and conditioning workout led by certified instructor DaShaun Johnson, affectionately known as the “Guru of Abs.”
This engaging workout blends effective strength training exercises with heartrate increasing movement to help improve overall fitness and endurance. Participants are encouraged to move at their own pace, with modifications available for every fitness level—including the option to exercise while seated or standing.

Regular participation can help strengthen muscles and bones, making everyday movements and physical activities easier and more comfortable.
Fitness Friday welcomes a diverse community, with current participants ranging in age from 40 to 90. Everyone is encouraged to find a cadence and intensity level that works best for them.
