Valentine’s Day is February 14, and many businesses are spreading the love with some great deals at popular food spots. Whether you’re trying to treat your sweetheart, celebrate a friendship, indulge with your family or simply score a scrumptious steal, here are 2025’s Valentine’s Day food deals.

Subway

To set you up for the perfect "eat cute," Subway is offering a buy one, get one deal now through February 24. Customers who use the promo code “FLBOGO” on Subway.com or the Subway app to order a footlong sub will get a second one of equal or lesser value for free. This offer excludes Footlong Snacks, The Beast/5 Meat Italian sub and the Garlic Roast Beef sub.

Panera Bread

Does your bae love bagels? Check out Panera Bread's Valentine’s Day Date promotion. MyPanera Rewards members who order one of their new Asiago Bagel Stack sandwiches can get another one for free. Use the code “BAEGEL” online, in-store or in the app on February 13 or 14 during lunch and dinner hours to cash in on this deal.

If your beau is more into burgers, check out Burger King's buy one, get one Whopper deal. Members of the fast food chain’s Royal Perks rewards program who order a Whopper via the BK App or bk.com on Valentine’s Day can get a second one free. Insomnia Cookies

Searching for something sweeter? Bakery franchise Insomnia Cookies is offering all customers a $5 discount on orders of $35 or more when they use the code “SWEETHEART” at checkout. The offer is available through February 16.

Insomnia Cookies rewards members can score a second deal: make a purchase on Valentine’s Day and redeem one free Deluxe cookie of their choice on February 15 or 16. Make sure you’re signed into your rewards account when you order on February 14, and the coupon for the free cookie will arrive in your rewards account on Saturday.

Trying to secure a second date? Guests dining at P.F. Change's between February 13 and February 18 will receive a Cherry Blossom card for one free order of shrimp or pork dumplings to use on their next visit. There’s no minimum purchase required to receive the Cherry Blossom card, but you do need to spend at least $40 (excluding alcoholic beverages, gift card purchases, tax, and gratuities) on the future date night to get the free dumplings. The offer is for dine-in only and runs from February 19 through April 1.
