Learn | Celebrate World Music Day: It's Good for Your Brain!

World Music Day is June 21! This week, celebrate the lead-up by watching a short video created by the Sound Health Network in partnership with The National Endowment for the Arts, to learn more about how music and sound impact the human brain and body, and how we can use music to improve our health. This video demonstrates how music can help those with dementia or cognitive decline reconnect with themselves and their loved ones and explores the current scientific theory as to why this occurs. Watch here.
