A Memory Cafe is a place where people experiencing changes in memory or cognitive function can find meaningful programming, friendship, and acceptance. You do not need a formal diagnosis to attend and family members, friends, and professional caregiver are welcome too. Run by a trained faciliatator, cafes commonly meet monthly in welcoming spaces like libraries, senior centers, or arts and culture settings.
