June is Alzheimer's and Brain Awareness Month! To celebrate, explore some helpful resources from Brain Health Action Collaborative members to learn more about brain health and strategies to build brain-healthy habits: 

  • “Brain Health Tips” from the McKnight Brain Research Foundation offers tips on lifestyle factors, like nutrition, exercise and more that can help maintain brain health with age. 
  • “Let’s Talk About Maintaining Brain Health,” published by the American Heart Association, is a fact sheet that details important health markers related to brain health and provides guidance on starting conversations with a provider. 
  • AARP’s Brain Health Resource Center offers information, tools, news and explainers covering a wide array of topics related to brain health.
