Connect | Attend the 2025 Alter Dementia Summit: Caring for Community

The Dementia Summit's goal is to equip faith communities with the practical tools and resources needed to support their members living with dementia and their caregivers. For two and a half days, the Summit will unite faith leaders, ministries, caregivers, people living with dementia, and community partners. The 2025 ALTER Dementia Summit will be crucial to moving the needle on improving health outcomes, increasing equitable access to resources and supportive services, and eradicating dementia-related disparities in the Black community.
