Staying Fit
This 12-minute yoga session is great for those interested in a more gentle practice. Through a series of slower-paced movements, this class will focus on your strength, balance and flexibility. You can use blocks or a rolled-up blanket to assist in movements. This mat class led by coach Erin Chiarelli can be done in bed, before bed or when you need a short reprieve. You’ll start by arching your back while lying flat and stretching your legs out. By the end of the short class, you should feel relaxed and refreshed.
