Welcome to the sixth class of instructor Joy Puleo’s Functional Health series, from Pilates Anytime, an online streaming platform.
Enjoy a 30-minute, full-body integrated workout that will challenge and invigorate you, and inspire you to move often, move with purpose and move joyfully. This class offers modifications for all fitness levels and beginners are welcome.

About the instructor
Joy Puleo is a nationally certified Pilates teacher with Pilates Anytime. She’s based in Sacramento, California, and is the education program manager for Balanced Body, which provides Pilates training and sells Pilates reformer machines. She earned her master’s degree in applied physiology from Columbia University. As a lecturer, she presents at conferences and studios across the country and abroad. Joy has been teaching Pilates teachers since 2002 and in the health and wellness industry since 1996.
