Scammers increasingly use crypto kiosks, gift cards and other payment methods that can make stolen money difficult to recover. What specific steps would you take as governor to prevent fraudulent transactions and improve victims’ ability to recover stolen funds?

2. Family caregiving
Family caregivers often spend thousands of dollars of their own money caring for a loved one. Would you support targeted state financial relief for family caregivers — such as a tax credit
— or would you take a different approach? What would that be?

3. Retirement security
More than 40 percent of Ohio’s private-sector workers don’t have access to a retirement savings plan through their employer.
