What You Can Expect from This Series

Perimenopause and menopause affect every woman differently, yet many women struggle to find reliable information and practical guidance. AARP Ohio's Women's Health Series: Beyond Hot Flashes, connects you directly with leading experts who can help you understand symptoms, treatment options, and strategies for thriving in midlife. This series brings together physicians, researchers and certified specialists across nine live virtual sessions running from October through January. Women can join from anywhere, with no travel required.

Each session focuses on a specific topic and is designed to stand alone. You do not need to attend every session. Pick the topics that matter most to you, register for those sessions, and join live to ask questions directly.
