You can increase strength, balance and flexibility. Movement and deep breathing with help you renew your mental focus and feel more energized.
This series is virtual, with classes streaming Tuesdays and Thursday beginning April 9.
Our yoga trainer will lead you through gentle yet invigorating yoga poses and stretches that can help you increase strength, balance and flexibility. Please consult your physician before beginning any new exercise regimen.
