ABOUT
Sarah Kerman is a senior research manager in AARP Research where she specializes in providing a deep understanding of people age 50 and older across their lifespan. She conducts quantitative and qualitative primary research studies and mines and synthesizes secondary data to shed light on what matters most to key audiences.
An AARP employee for more than a decade, Kerman previously worked in AARP Library & Strategic Services. In that capacity she was responsible for leading major projects relying on secondary information and data analysis to answer business questions and support initiatives, marketing efforts and content creation. Prior to that, Kerman managed quantitative and qualitative primary research projects supporting AARP platforms and programs.
Before joining AARP, Kerman was a senior analyst of market and guest research at Choice Hotels International, monitoring the health of Choice’s guest experience management program and providing ongoing guest experience feedback via surveys and reviews to corporate and franchisees.
She holds a bachelor’s in mathematics and economics from American University, graduating summa cum laude.
