With over a decade of experience in program development and management, Elrod helps advance AARP’s global reputation through impactful convenings and cross-sector collaborations.

As an advisor and a former chair of AARP’s NextGen Employee Resource Group, Elrod is passionate about bridging generational divides, amplifying new voices, and helping to shape the future of aging with creativity and relevance.

She earned a master's in public administration from American University and a bachelor’s from the University of Central Florida.
