AARP® Digital Vault FAQs
AARP® Digital Vault powered by Prisidio requires an active AARP membership. Join AARP or renew your membership today!
You can add the AARP® Digital Vault powered by Prisidio for an additional annual $20 subscription at any point in your membership by going to aarp.org/purchaseadvh/
There is a 30-day grace period between the subscription or payment lapse date and when you will be locked out of your account. Files will be deleted after 180 days following the 30-day grace period.
You can still reactivate your digital vault and have access to the information you originally stored prior to the freeze, if done so before the 180 days after the freeze.
