Pilates Anytime: From the Top
In Class 13 of the 30-Minute Pilates series, use a chair to create space in your spine
Welcome to this gentle class led by Misty Lynne Cauthen, an instructor for the online streaming platform Pilates Anytime. In this beginner-level Pilates class, you will learn how to create space in your spine. Misty uses a chair to teach restorative methods so that you can move your body in different planes of motion with ease. She encourages you to ask your body what it needs right now so you can feel rejuvenated by the end.
This class offers modifications for all fitness levels.

About the instructor
Misty Lynne Cauthen has been a certified Pilates instructor since 2001. Since discovering the benefits of Pilates, she has made it her mission to bring the healing, invigorating and uplifting effects of the method to her clients and friends. She has spearheaded several Pilates programs around the Pittsburgh area and has taught Pilates at numerous prestigious local institutions, including Point Park University's internationally renowned department of dance and the Pittsburgh Ballet Theatre. Misty was certified with the PhysicalMind Institute in 2000 and completed her Peak Pilates certification in 2006.
