Legendary fitness coach Denise Austin is heating up the beach with her bright smile and toned figure.

The 68-year-old recently took to Instagram to share a few photos of herself relaxing in the water, sporting a navy-blue-and-white bikini while vacationing in Southern France.

“Feeling strong, healthy, and so happy here in gorgeous Bay Cassis!!!” Austin said. “There’s nothing like a little sunshine, fresh sea air, and a swim in the Mediterranean to lift your spirits and keep you feeling good!!”

Austin continued her post by mentioning how a vacation is “the perfect time to stay active and take care of you. Whether it’s a quick swim, a walk by the water, or just soaking in nature’s beauty … it all adds up to a healthy body and a happy mind!!” she posted. “Let’s keep moving, smiling, and enjoying every moment together!! Xoxoxo.”

For more than 40 years, Austin has helped people across generations become their best selves through workout videos, books and hit television shows.

While overseas, the fitness guru has also shared other posts of her wearing a red bikini, staying on top of her workouts and spending time with friends.

If you’re looking to focus on specific fitness goals this summer, Austin has created tutorials for arms, knees, core and cardio.

And for when you’re short on time, she also has mini-workouts you can do to stay on top of your routine.

In an interview with AARP in 2023, Austin stressed the importance of keeping active over the age of 50.

“It’s all about our health,” she explained. “This is the time that you need to take good care of yourself, and wellness is so important.

“It will make you feel better, number one. Also, exercise is known to help with depression. It helps with, of course, improving your cardiovascular system, and muscle tone is the key. That’s why I do muscle conditioning exercises because, as we age, we lose muscle tone if we don’t use it.”

Austin joins other celebrities who’ve recently highlighted body positivity.

Beverly Hills, 90210 star Jennie Garth, 53, shared photos on Instagram modeling underwear. “I never thought I’d be doing my first underwear shoot at 53 … but here we are!” Garth wrote in her post.

Actress-model Brooke Shields rang in her 60th birthday by posing in a black bikini while sitting in a hammock. “Woke up today in paradise … and in a new decade of life! This is 60! Thank you for all of the birthday love,” Shields wrote on Instagram.
