Chair Yoga offers a welcoming way to support flexibility, mobility and relaxation without needing to get down on the floor. 

Why Try Chair Yoga?

Chair Yoga can be a great option for adults who want a gentle, accessible fitness class that supports everyday movement. During each session, participants will be guided through seated and standing movements using a chair for support. No special equipment is needed beyond a sturdy chair and comfortable clothing.
