AARP Texas, in partnership with FitMix Communities, invites you to join our weekly free virtual Zumba classes. These classes blend Latin and international rhythms with simple dance steps designed to help you stay energized, flexible, and feeling great.

Each class is one hour and virtual through Zoom every Thursdays from 10 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. CT.
If you’re looking for even more ways to stay active, don’t miss Mobility Mondays—another free, weekly virtual program that helps improve strength, balance, flexibility and everyday movement. It’s a great complement to Zumba and perfect for adults of all fitness levels.
