Feel more confident with every step you take. In this live Zoom Balance & Mobility webinar, you’ll practice easy, low-impact movements that improve balance, flexibility, and coordination. Sessions may begin with a short meditation, followed by guided exercises to help you stay steady, strengthen your body, and move through daily life with greater ease.
