Life’s been a whirlwind lately—and your body, mind, and spirit deserve a moment to pause, reset, and reconnect.

Join certified yoga instructor Cathy Arnault and AARP New Hampshire for a soul-soothing, 60-minute Gentle Yoga session on February 4 at 5:30 PM—all from the cozy sanctuary of your own home via Zoom.

What to Expect

This class is designed to meet you where you are—whether you're new to yoga or simply seeking a softer, more mindful practice.

  • Begin with pranayama, a calming breathwork ritual to center your thoughts
  • Ease into seated warm-ups, then gently transition to hands-and-knees movements
  • Flow into standing postures that awaken and align
  • Focus on the six movements of the spine, gentle joint rotations, and light stretching to build strength without strain
  • End with a blissful 5-minute savasana—a restorative rest to absorb the benefits of your practice

What You’ll Need

  • A computer or device with Zoom
  • A yoga mat, small blanket, and water
  • Optional: yoga blocks or a strap for added support

This is your practice—move in a way that feels nourishing and safe for your body. Cathy will guide you with care, but you’re always in charge of your own comfort.
