The AARP Louisiana Community Resource Center (CRC) in New Orleans is open and offering a variety of free classes and workshops designed to help older adults and their families stay informed, engaged and connected.

Located at 3502 S. Carrollton Ave., the CRC serves as a hub for learning and community engagement, providing access to programs that support healthy living, financial security and overall well-being.

Classes and Workshops

AARP

The CRC offers a range of educational sessions on topics that matter most to the community, including:

Retirement income planning and financial security
Brain health and healthy aging
Fraud prevention and scam awareness
Disaster preparedness and emergency readiness
Driver safety and mobility
And so much more!

These classes are led by trusted experts and are designed to provide practical tools, valuable information and real-life strategies participants can use every day.

Programs are offered regularly, giving participants ongoing opportunities to learn new skills, stay informed and connect with others in a welcoming environment.
