Colorado Prescription Drug Affordability Board to Conduct Reviews
The Colorado Prescription Drug Affordability Board (PDAB) is beginning its price reviews for five high-cost drugs: Enbrel, Genvoya, Cosentyx, Stelara and Trikafta beginning mid-September with online hearings. This is the first step to lowering the costs of unaffordable prescription drugs. No pay limits have been set yet.
The PDAB needs to hear directly from consumers who take these medications, could take them if they were more affordable, or if you care for someone who takes these medications. If you fall into any one of these categories, fill out this quick form about your experience and support for the affordability review.
In addition to this, the PDAB will be holding virtual Stakeholder Meetings with patients and caregivers:
· Enbrel: Tuesday, September 19 (6 to 8 PM MST)
· Genvoya: Wednesday, September 20 (6 to 8 PM MST)
· Cosentyx: Thursday, September 21 (6 to 8 PM MST)
· Stelara: Tuesday, September 26 (6 to 8 PM MST)
· Trikafta: Wednesday, September 27 (6 to 8 PM MST)
