AARP REWARDS MAINTENANCE FAQs

Site Maintenance Scheduled for November 15th - November 18th

Update as of November 18th: We were looking forward to revealing the new AARP Rewards enhancements today. Unfortunately, we hit a snag and won’t be ready until tomorrow, November 19th. We’re working diligently to bring you the best experience possible. Thanks for your patience!

Thank you for being part of AARP Rewards. You're at the heart of everything we do, and we care deeply about providing you with the best possible experience. That's why we're excited to announce new AARP Rewards enhancements coming soon.

AARP Rewards enhancements include a new personalized dashboard where you can track your activities, easier ways to find new rewards and faster load times. To bring these improvements to life, we are performing scheduled maintenance from Friday, November 15, 2024, until Monday, November 18, 2024. During this period, the entire AARP Rewards site will be temporarily unavailable. We apologize for any inconvenience and sincerely thank you for your patience. Maintenance FAQs

Question: Will I be able to access the AARP Rewards program during the maintenance window?

You won't be able to access the AARP Rewards program during the maintenance window. You can still login and access the AARP.org website and the AARP Now app.

Question: Will I still be able to earn points during the maintenance window?

You won't be able to earn any points during this time. Following maintenance, you will be able to complete your favorite activities and earn points once again.

Question: Why will the AARP Rewards program be in maintenance?

AARP Rewards will be in maintenance so we can deliver some exciting enhancements, including a new personalized dashboard where you can track your activities, easier ways to find new rewards, faster load times and more!

Question: What should I do to prepare for the maintenance window?

We recommend that you:

Plan ahead to complete your favorite activities, make purchases or redeem rewards before the maintenance starts.
Download or print any of your Digital Downloads or Local Offers so you can access them during the maintenance window.

Question: What can I expect after the maintenance window?

After the maintenance window, you will be able to access AARP Rewards as normal. You will also find new features to improve your experience including a new personalized dashboard where you can track your activities, easier ways to find new rewards, faster load times and more!

Question: How will I know when the maintenance window is complete?

Keep an eye on your email for a message from us. You can also check our maintenance page for the latest updates.

Question: What should I do if I have additional questions about my account during the maintenance window?

Even though AARP Rewards will be under maintenance, our customer care team will be available to support you. You can reach out to AARP Rewards customer care at 866-451-6305, weekdays 8 am - 8 pm ET.
