Veralrose Hylton

ABOUT

Veralrose Hylton is the senior director of library and strategic services in AARP Research. She leads a team of librarians who provides access to trusted and relevant research, insights, and information. This includes conducting secondary research insights, management of research & insights tools, people vetting and corporate due diligence on potential partners, providers, and individuals, collection development and preservation, and customized briefing service.

Hylton holds both a master’s in library and information science and a master’s in information technology with a concentration in health information technology from Catholic University of America, and a bachelor’s in environmental science and pre-law from Howard University. In addition, she completed the AARP Director’s Executive Education Program (ADEPt) Training course at Georgetown University.
