Dora Lemus Tobar, MBA, is manager of research services in AARP Research, where she leads a multidisciplinary team that provides fast, easy access to best-in-class research tools and services. The team offers internal services to support researchers through consulting, project management, data services, and access to research suppliers and tools.

Before joining AARP, Lemus Tobar held management positions at global market research firms conducting research in the United States, Europe, and Latin America.

She holds an MBA from Pontifical Catholic University of Chile (Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile).
