10-Minute Seated Low-Impact Training Class Builds Endurance
This full-body workout that you do in a chair targets the cardiovascular system
This low-impact full-body workout is for those who want to improve their cardiovascular health and build muscular endurance while limiting impact. The 10-minute class led by coach Helen Neves will get your heart rate up, build stamina and work all major muscle groups. You’ll do the entire workout seated, so make sure you have a sturdy chair with no arms so you can move without hindrances. Maintain regular breathing throughout, and if you feel any resistance or pain, stretch carefully, making sure not to overextend yourself.
Please consult your physician before beginning any exercise program.
