Pamela Anderson, Liam Neeson Discover ‘Budding Chemistry’ After Past Romantic Challenges
Neeson, 73, and Anderson, 58, costar in the upcoming new comedy-action film “The Naked Gun”

Hollywood actors Liam Neeson and Pamela Anderson are making waves both on and off the screen. The duo star together in the upcoming slapstick comedy The Naked Gun, and to fans’ delight, also have undeniable chemistry outside of filming.
Neeson and Anderson have made numerous red-carpet and television appearances together to promote the film. They’ve been hand in hand, alongside their children from previous marriages, and even shared a moment of affection at one recent outing.

Both stars are developing a new fondness for each other after experiencing their fair share of tragedies in past marriages.
Neeson was married to Tony Award–winning actor Natasha Richardson from 1994 to 2009, when she died after a skiing accident during a vacation.
Anderson has been married six times. She was married to Mötley Crüe drummer Tommy Lee, 62; musician Kid Rock, 54; twice to professional poker player Rick Salomon, 57; and bodyguard Dan Hayhurst.
In June, the model-actor told Harper’s Bazaar that her marriage to Lee was “the worst time of my life.”
“I never recovered from that,” Anderson said. “I knew that I had more to give, but I thought, Oh well, not in this lifetime, I guess, because of what had happened in my personal life and my career. I thought, I’ll just do what I have to do to keep the lights on and be with my kids.”
The Naked Gun is the fourth installment of the comedy-action franchise that began in 1988 and starred late actor-comedian Leslie Nielsen as Detective Frank Drebin.

In the new film, Neeson (who plays Drebin’s son, Frank Drebin Jr.) humorously tries to solve crimes while chasing Anderson (who plays his love interest, Beth Davenport). With both actors, it seems like art is imitating life, as they appeared together and were all smiles recently on the Today show.
Neeson told host Craig Melvin that he “had never met” Anderson before filming The Naked Gun.
“We met on set,” the Taken actor said. “And we discovered we had a lovely, budding chemistry — as two actors.”
The Baywatch star agreed, while Neeson added, “It’s like, ‘Oh, this is nice. Let’s not mold this. Let’s just let it breathe.’ And that’s what we did.… America’s here for it, we’re here for whatever this turns into.”
Actor Halle Berry, 58, is another grownup who’s found love later in life.
During a June episode of Today with Jenna & Friends, the Oscar-winning star gushed about her five-year relationship with 55-year-old singer-songwriter Van Hunt, noting it’s “the longest one I’ve ever had.”
“When you find your person, you find your person,” Berry said. “I’ve found my person, finally.”
Hunt said he met Berry in 2020 during the COVID-19 pandemic through his brother.
“Before we ever got together in any physical kind of way, I had fallen madly in love just through talking,” Berry explained, “and telling and sharing ... all of our good, our bad, our dirty. We were completely honest because we were in COVID, and who cared? I thought, If I never see him face to face, he’s going to know all of this stuff, but who cares?”
Hunt proposed to Berry, but she told Today they don’t feel like they have to get married to “validate our love.”
