Mindful Pilates for Strength & Flexibility
Build strength, improve posture, and support flexibility with simple movements you can do from home with Pilates.
Pilates is a low-impact form of movement that focuses on controlled, intentional exercises to support strength, balance, and flexibility. This free virtual class is designed specifically for beginners, and anyone looking to move more comfortably, improve posture, and feel more confident in their body—no prior Pilates experience required.
Hosted by Dallas Meditation, each class creates a supportive, approachable space where participants are encouraged to move at their own pace and listen to their bodies.
You’ll learn simple yet effective movements that support:
- Core strength and stability
- Better posture and body awareness
- Improved flexibility and mobility
- Greater ease and confidence in everyday movement
