Staying active doesn’t feel like a chore when music leads the way! These free, virtual Zumba classes, offered by AARP in partnership with the Anita N. Martinez Ballet Folklórico, combine easy, Latin-inspired dance moves with high-energy fun.
Led by experienced instructors, each class focuses on improving cardiovascular health and coordination while helping participants build confidence in their movement. Beyond the physical benefits, Zumba classes also boost mood and mental well-being, helping reduce stress and increase overall energy.
