May 12 – Smash Burgers + Spicy Mango Sauce 
Get ready to smash your way to burger perfection. In this class, we’ll master the technique behind crispy-edged, juicy smash burgers—no grill required. Then we’ll take it up a notch with a sweet-heat mango sauce that brings bold contrast and serious flavor. Weeknight burger night just got a glow-up.

June 9 – Greek Tempeh Wrap + Cashew Tzatziki Sauce 
Plant-forward meets flavor-forward. You’ll learn how to season and cook tempeh (or chicken!) so it’s crave-worthy (not boring), then wrap it up with fresh veggies and a cool, creamy cashew tzatziki sauce that ties it all together.

July 14 – Gazpacho + Homemade Croutons

No stove, no stress, all flavor. We’ll turn ripe vegetables into a chilled soup that’s bright, refreshing, and perfectly balanced. Then we’ll add homemade croutons for that irresistible crunch. You’ll learn how to layer flavor without heat—proof that simple can still be spectacular.

August 11 – Nashville Hot Chicken Sandwich 
Crispy, spicy, and totally unforgettable. In this class, we’ll break down how to create juicy fried chicken with a signature hot glaze that delivers just the right kick. Paired with a simple slaw and soft bun, this sandwich hits every note—crunchy, spicy, tangy, and satisfying.

November 10 – Roasted Cornish Game Hen 
Elegant made easy. You’ll learn how to roast a Cornish game hen for crispy skin and juicy meat, plus simple seasoning techniques that let the flavor shine. This is your go-to for when you want something special without a lot of fuss—perfect for a cozy dinner or impressing guests.

December 8 – Steak au Poivre + Brandy Cream Sauce 
Classic steakhouse flavor, simplified for home cooking. We’ll walk through how to sear a perfect steak with a bold pepper crust, then build a rich, silky brandy cream sauce right in the pan. It’s indulgent, impressive, and absolutely doable—even on a weeknight.
