This Fall: Discover the Lehigh Valley One Step at a Time
Fall is one of the best times to get outside in the Lehigh Valley. Cooler temperatures, changing leaves, and scenic trails create the perfect setting to enjoy a walk with friends, neighbors, and fellow community members.
This fall, AARP Lehigh Valley volunteers are inviting you to join a series of weekly walks at parks, trails, and other beautiful outdoor spaces across the region. Whether you're looking to stay active, explore a new walking route, or simply enjoy some fresh air and conversation, these walks offer something for everyone.

Walking is one of the most powerful steps you can take toward a healthier, happier life. In addition to supporting physical and mental well-being, walking with others provides opportunities to connect with your community and enjoy the natural beauty of the Lehigh Valley.
The walks are designed for all fitness levels and can accommodate different paces and distances. Walks take place on select Tuesdays from 9:45 a.m. to 11:00 a.m., and participants are welcome to register for one walk or join us throughout the season. We recommend eating breakfast and hydrating before each walk. Participants should be able to walk independently for approximately one hour.
Below is the full schedule of walks. Register for one event or join us throughout the season as we explore some of the Lehigh Valley's most beautiful parks, trails, and outdoor spaces. We look forward to seeing you this fall!
