Calling All Family Caregivers: Shawnee Sound Bath Series
Family caregiving can be stressful, and AARP wants to help.
AARP Oklahoma is hosting a series of free sound bath events from July through September at the Shawnee YMCA, 700 West Saratoga Street.
This one-hour mediation experience, led by Joe Holcomb, uses relaxing sounds of singing bowls, chimes and a gong to immerse participants in deep relaxation.
