Spring Forward Into Wellness With Blu’s Bootcamp and AARP New York
This spring and summer, AARP New York is collaborating with Blu’s Bootcamp to present the Spring Forward Longevity Series — a collection of community-centered wellness experiences designed to support healthy aging, connection, and intentional living.
Through movement, reflection, conversation, and shared experiences, the series encourages participants to prioritize physical, mental, and emotional wellbeing while building meaningful community connections across generations.
Each experience takes place from 1:30 p.m. – 4 p.m. ET and offers opportunities to heal, restore, activate, and celebrate wellness in ways that are both practical and inspiring.
